Whatsup babes and guys, am opening a new category called Style It Out. In this category I would be blogging about health, fitness, style and fashion. It’s something to look forward to. So this is the first official blog post of Style It Out.
Pointers On Reducing Belly Fat:
Statistics has shown that a lot of young adults are not happy with their abdominal muscle tone. They would prefer it to be lower or better more, lose the belly fat all together. Its really annoying when I wear a body fitting dress, and then my tummy bulges out. So my ultimate goal is to lose it all together. I admire young ladies who are really comfortable with their skin, no matter what size.
Tip 1: Before you start doing push up and sit up, decide how much fat you want to burn out. Make up your mind that this is what you really want to do. Losing weight and belly fat takes a lot of work, so you really need to set a goal to help you keep an eye on the progress.
Tip 2: Find an appropriate exercise routine that fits well for you. You can browse different moves out and try them at least thrice a week.
Tip 3: Water Therapy. Drinking a bottle of water or two first thing when you wake up in the morning has been proven to help flush away excess belly fat in the body. Did I say, it helps for a radiant skin.
Tip 4: Stay hydrated. Even with your exercises and work out. You need to stay hydrated because it helps the metabolism in your body burn out fat faster. This might involved you taking a can of water everywhere.
Tip 5: Don’t over eat. Have you noticed that when you are thirsty you tend to eat more. So drink water first before eating. It takes your stomach a while before noticing its full. So don’t rush your food, take small bites.
Tip 6: After a couple of weeks, you see you are not losing weight anymore. Don’t give up. That’s just a plateau, your body is adjusting to all the positive things you are doing.
Tip 7: Even if you just want to lose belly fat, its important to do a general exercise of your body. To keep fit.
Tip 8: Do not exercise immediately after eating. It isn’t effective and it will get you feeling sluggish. I ll recommend in the morning before breakfast but not on an empty stomach. Drink water or eat a small snack first. You don’t want to end up fainting.
Tip 9: Join a group. If you are in college and stay in a hostel, you and your friends can set fitness go. It’s so much better when you do it together. You don’t get discouraged easily.
Tip 10: Never miss breakfast. Its the most important meal of the day.
Tip 11: Avoid junk food. It one of the highest constituting factor of fat. You want something sweet?, take an apple, any fruit instead. You cat eat it junk food once a while to take the edge off the cravings.
Tip 12: Of course you can visit the fast food on occasions but don’t make it an every thing. That’s because the food are loaded with calories. Home cooked meal are the best!!!
Tip 13: Avoid the shortcuts. You don’t always have to take a bus home or to school. Walk it instead. Not only does it saves money but it helps to get rid of excess body weight.
Tip 14: Don’t starve yourself just because you want to lose weight. Avoid calories but starving yourself is terribly unhealthy and it won’t work anyway.
Tip 15: Don’t take any sort of pills to lose weight. Its a scam and completely unhealthy.
